• Maintenance: "How satisfied are you with the property's home maintenance services?".

• Communication: "How good or poor do you feel the council/landlord is at keeping you informed about services and decisions?".

• Safety & Facilities: Questions on building safety, cleanliness of communal areas, and utility reliability (water, gas, internet).

• Tenant Tenure: "How long have you been a tenant/leaseholder at Centenary Mill?
